I am builder and I have bought over 200 Samsung appliances. The product is as unreliable as the company. Called the Samsung customer service and they will tell you "I am sorry" every 5 minutes and you will never anything done. Among many issues, I have a refrigerator that has a cooling problem. Samsung sent a repair person and they deem the appliance unfixable. Samsung Insist that I find a repair person that can fix it.
