I purchased a costume from LILYGAL, the costume was far too big for me. I made contact with them to say it was to big, and I needed to return it. It became so involved in trying to do this. Then it asked if I wanted to keep the costume, and only receive 80% of what I paid for the costume, I said no. It then asked me to get a ticket number. The whole thing was becoming so involved, and it was wearing me down. So, I accepted the 80%. I paid $45.00 for the costume, LILIYGAL has sent to PayPal $25.90, which I can't withdraw for another 7 days.
I'll never purchase from LILYGAL again, so beware of them!

I purchased a bathing costume, it has come, it's too big. I can't find the return address, and how to get my money refund back.
I feel 'sick' about it all.
I am also waiting on a blouse to arrive, I bet that wont fit.!
Can anyone HELP me please.!
