“No customer service!”

I placed my order on the web two weeks ago. One week ago they finally shipped it saying it would arrive by the end of the week last Friday on Friday I was notified it wouldn't come in till Monday now today they're saying it isn't coming until tomorrow on Tuesday, October 6. When I tried calling up about it there is no way to speak to customer service unless you're placing a new order! This is the slowest service I have ever received from the Vitamins selling company.

After ordering online there is no confirmation shown, and no confirmation email until much later....
