I recently purchased a 2nd hand boat from an ad I saw in the paper. Since I am new to boating, I wasn't aware of all the engine work that needed to be done. Turns out I had to change everything from gaskets to the water pump to oil seals. It was so frustrating! Since I wasn't sure about all the different parts I needed I called the company and they were so helpful! They offered a lot of options for me to choose from and (again since I don't know much about boat engines) they emailed me diagrams of my engine and explained to me which parts needed to be replaced regularly. Instead of taking advantage of my limited knowledge, and selling me the most expensive parts, they worked within my budget and even applied their current discounts. I definitely recommend!

OpenOffer is a great mls resource to search for homes in San Diego. The best part is its innovative website in providing people an option to negotiate prices. They even have foreclosures and short sales. The only thing I would suggest is to open up the search to all of US instead of just strictly San Diego. It limits the amount of people I can recommend to!
