I have to commend Metin from the Samsung store at Highpoint Shopping Centre in Maribyrnong. Vic.
From the beginning, I thought this would be the same old experience as i had already waited another half hour over my appointment time... And then I met Metin, who began with a genuine apology for the wait. Wow, who apologizes for anything these days?
Then after 2 and a half hours of listening testing and checking without any feeling of taking up his time, he had total fixed all my smart phone issues including a new battery and reloading all my data and contacts etc onto a new phone, without any question and blame session we have come to expect when things go wrong technically. My faith has been restored and even more wonderfully Metin did it all leaving me feeling it was his genuine pleasure to have helped. What an asset to any customer service team he is.

After selecting CPD for a special birthday lunch because of the beautiful location and their promise of great food and service, I can only say "very disappointing ".
The Ruben sandwich was impressive looking although lacked in much pickle and the pork belly sliders were 70% bread, a smattering of kim-chi and the pork belly noticeably scarce. When reported to staff a token 10% discount was applied to the one meal. I find this an appalling gesture. Its not about $$... it's about value for $$.
CPD, the 10% doesn't cut it for the missing 50% of my dish and the 90% disinterest in my dissatisfaction when brought to your attention. Too many good restaurants to go to, to put up with this attitude and service level.

1st time visit on 25th Jan in the afternoon for coffee.
I sometimes wonder why we are so surprised when we get good service, and its because so often we don't and begin to think this is the acceptable norm.
Well its not, and on this day we found someone who is totally suited to customer service and 'hospitality'. We were greeted promptly and warmly, served promptly and friendly without overkill.
This is a nice casual cafe with a good vibe and doing exactly what they should... concentrating on good food and friendly service. Thanks guys. I will be back with friends in tow.

Very disappointed! Save your money and patience. 1st they sent the same dvd twice, then after suggesting they'd send a replacement with the next order... NOT! They replaced it with exactly the same mistake. Clearly didn't check what they sent again. Twice! Also it had been recorded off television which is poor form at $25 per series. I have now waited 3 month for a replacement and have heard nothing despite emails sent.
