Customer service is shocking and trying to get anywhere. I cannot review the products because it has been allowed and dismissed the fact the rep has in my eyes ripped me off then used my sachets herself. If this is deemed as acceptable for an employee then I'm glad I'm not going to be a customer. But I am down a lot of money and my story is not being listened to. I have every bit of valid proof I need. My product should have been delivered to myself in the first place. I double checked this. It's not my fault the reps order was compromised and a solution had to be found. At least listen to what happened. I already know the original order somehow never went through. But that was not down to myself or my card and money. My order was settled and it was a full 4 month order. Really disappointed.
