“Food starts sticking second time in use”

Was fine the first use but everything sticks now we have to spray the pans before using them, why is that? In your advertisement you must use a new pan every time you display a test on them! We have 3 items from your company and we are very disappointed! *******@yahoo.com not that I expect any response? Thanks
