Ordered a bed and one of the pieces was broken on the frame when I opened the second box. I called Wayfair Customer Service and the rep was empathetic, professional, courteous and FAST. She immediately placed the order to have another bed frame shipped to me and said to do whatever I wanted with the broken one, no need to send it back. The new frame arrived in two days... HAPPY! It's seldom nowadays anything occurs hassle-free, so quick corrections are much appreciated!

The location is why I'm giving this business in Kemah two stars. Easy in & out. After this, it goes all down hill. Customer Services begins at the top and trickles down from there. The print desk area has employees with not only poor customer service skills, but unfortunately, bad attitudes as well. Management and/or supervisors no where in site, no matter how many people are waiting. The apathy that runs within the organization at this particular location is deep and very negative. Stores with horrible customer service such as this one will be wiped out and will go out of business very quickly.

I have been receiving text messages from random telephone numbers saying they found me on care.com and are wanting to know if I'm available for various services.
My account with care.com has been closed for quite some time, and my phone number was never available for others to see while I did have an active account.
This is very concerning; perhaps someone has hacked into Care.com accounts? Are they distributing phone numbers? Is someone within their organization distributing phone numbers?
