Im a rn on the front lines who ordered for the 1st time. My order was still in the fulfillment stage 5 days after ordering with no communication or explanation as to why from the company.
When i called i was told the obes i had chosen and paid for were over ordered and that 1 was no longer being supplied by the manufacturer. They saud there was s pair coming in the next day they would substitute and give a refund as they cist less. I recieved my order 3 days after that. Which meant i spent 5 shifts in the er without the protection i thought was available and on the way.
They were very helpful as far as getting a replacement for me, but just felt like i should if been notified that the item i ordered wasnt avaiable instead if me having to reach out to them to find out what happened
