This place should be shut down DONT get OR PACKAGES THEY did not get 2 off my saks 5th off packages to me they should not be in business better business bureau should shut them down! I got a dress on sale then that horrible place charged me 2 times online, I MUST HAVE FOUGHT ABOUT THIS FOR A MONTH THEN WITH HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE 3 managers should be fired! Horrible they even promised a gift card and of course it never came! THEY ARE DISGUSTING! I am calling Better business bureau on them the only people helped me was my own bank to get that charge Removed NOT THERE DISGUSTING COMPANY SAKS FITH AVE SHOULD GO OUT OFF BUSINESS FOR THIS! They rip u off AND STEAL MONEY FROM YOU!

This place should be shut down! I got wrong iPhone cases I shipped it back! They took a long as time to give me my money! I asked to speak with a manager they would not talk to me about a shipping problem this place should shut down the managers there should be fired!

I tried to get these nails! I bought them January 12 took tell February 20 to send to me then I never received them said they were delivered but NOTHING IN MY MAIL BOX THE SELLER SAID ITS YOUR PROBLEM! What a Bi$&h nasty woman! They said that it was going to be a dollar then it was 2.33 so I call and canceled it before they charged me more well I never said it was ok to charge me 6. Let me say they are from the Asia not even form the USA BS I GOT PUPPY PADS AND 2 bags of treats for dogs they took sooo long to get to me 4 weeks I called we're is my stuff and they are RUDE ASIAN people nasty people they hung up 4 times and finally got someone who helped me the ones that hung up should be fired the one that helped me should be a manager I WILL NEVER USE ONLINE AGAIN I WILL GO TO STORE INSTEAD

Ok I shop online a lot because it is easy I must buy 1000 or more a month from them but this is the thing they treat me horrible when I saw one of the idem that I just bought and it was on sale the next day they would not give me the sale price and did I tell you I spend 1000 or more a month there wow and they give these crummy Nordstrom notes on there credit card but only after you go to 2000 points horrible they don't even give u birthday gift card THEY DO NOTHING GOOD FOR THERE COSTUMERS I GET MORE FROM forever 21 they give a gift card on your birthday and if you spend money they give 119 gift card with there credit card and Macy's gives u a gift card on Birthday this place is not good at all they treat you like garbage I am going to cancel my card soon if they don't step up to plate and also horrible customer service they never do nothing and you don't even get free shipping on 50 purchases you have to spend a 100 to get it this is a horrible place
