Hosting is fine but I had an issue with not being able to access my emails because an old Magic Mail Monitor file was opened several times on a computer and it took me more than two weeks to resolve it and the higher level attention I needed took three days to answer and then they never got to answer my reply as two days later I was able to nail the problem and resolve it. Not bad first level customer care, very slow second level customer care.
