I ordered sneakers in a size 7 I received the sneakers they were not a size 7 they were a size smaller more like a 6. I tried to start a return and got the run around. Now I'm stuck with sneakers that are way to small. I the picture the pink sneaker is a size 7 converse the black is the pair from Chicme. They are no way the same size as the pink size 7

Free people is now allowing other stores to sell on their site for instance the shop called Love Rocks Vintage Do not buy from this second party store. It is not coming from free people it is a totally different seller I received a jacket that was dirty smells so bad I had to get it out of my house. This should not be on the free people site. I thought I was ordering from free people. They will not let me return it and free people will not stand behind it. It's so wrong that they are allowing this company to advertise and sell on their web sit.

I will make this really simple. I sold a designer brand dress on Posh. The dress was sent back by the buyer claiming it was not real. They removed the tags and sent back a fake dress claiming that's what they received. I sent pictures to posh Of my original dress. They did nothing. My dress was stolen from me.

I purchased a piano through PayPal when it arrived it did not work. I spoke to your customer service. They said I did not have to provide tracking details. Because the item I purchased was from china, and the shipping to return it was more then I payed for the item. When I made the purchase it looked like they were located in the united stats when I went to send it back It turned out they wanted it shipped back to china. So PayPal Instead they asked for a letter from a professional stating that it did not work.So I went through the trouble of bringing it in to a music shop to have it looked at. The gave me a statement saying it did not work. I submitted it to PayPal and they still denied my case. I lost all my money.

I ordered a roll out pianos. I was so excited to get it. It arrived Damaged and doesn't work. I tried to contact the company, and there isn't a phone number that works. It turn out they are in china, So I went through pay pal, They expected me to return it, witch is understandable, except the shipping to china cost more then I payed for the item. So Pay pale would do nothing and I lost all my money. I had to save up for this. I can't afford to by another one. I got completely ripped off. Don't buy anything from this company. I just wanted to play piano... I'm so sad

Do not buy from houzz they shipped me terribly damaged chairs. I've been trying to return them with no luck. They are giving me the run around, and now I have to go through the hassle of filling out forms with my bank for a charge back it will take months to get a refund. These were for an occasion that has since past. Terrible service.

This company ripped me off. I ordered a rang hood, it came in damaged and the wrong size. I sent it back and they refused to give me a refund, Finally after many emails and call they refunded me 900 from 1500 dollars claiming it was damaged. Yes it was damaged that's why I sent it back. They kept $600 You can order from other companies that are reputably and stand behind there products. I would strongly suggest going elsewhere. Nerd wax is not all natural, It contains a glue product that made my nose swell up to the size of a baseball, covered in dermatitis. $100.00 for the doctor appointment. Along with 10 days of prednisone. Costing me $135.00, and 2 lost days of work. My daughters wedding is this week and it's still red and peeling. Because this product clearly makes contact with your skin, there should be a warning. It should also have a patch test requirement. I will contact the food and drug next to report this. It should be considered a cosmetic, and have to be approved by the FDA. Don't use this product.

On Price Jabber, Dress lily got back to me to say they resolved the issue, It is a lie they have not resolved anything. They offered me $15.00 back, how am I suppose to get two new dresses with $15.00. They said. The only way I could get my money back is if I send the dresses back and pay for shipping. The shipping cost more then the dresses. Do not buy from this company, they do not stand behind the product. The make cheap copies of the pictures they show you on line. The dresses were also dirty and smelled funny. Don't be fooled by this ripe off company!
