“Best lifestyle change ever”

Although a bit challenging in the beginning because there is a lot to read and take in this diet/lifestyle is brilliant. I've lost weight, got rid of sugar and alcohol cravings, anxiety decreased, inflammation disappeared and sleeping so much better. The Facebook group is supportive and informative. I wish I had done this years ago.
