I preordered a product that was only available in Europe, so they had it shipped from there to Asia and from there to the US. It took about 3 weeks for them to get in the product, but once it shipped, it was at my house in two days! They also answered a question from me within 24 hours, and they were very professional about it. I think they have turned themselves around very well, and if you're okay with the wait, I'd recommend ordering from them.
Tip for consumers:
Keep in mind that the processing time might be long if you product is coming from somewhere other than China or if you are in a hurry to receive your order.
