We sent a payment for an online order on March 23rd, 2015. On March 30th we were told that the items had been shipped, however when we asked Kim (site owner) for the tracking information, she proceeded to ignore us for days. On April 3rd, she finally responded and sent us a DHL WayBill tracking number. When we pulled up the information, the only thing that it showed, was that a shipping label had been printed. No pickup had yet been scheduled. Kim claimed the package was picked up, and that DHL was slow at updating their tracking information. When we contacted DHL directly, they stated that they were not in possession of the package, and confirmed that no pickup had been scheduled. On April 11th, we reached out to PK net once again to see what the hold up was, and we received basically the same story. It is now April 13th, and no package has been sent. Their IG acct is: PerfectKicksNet, and Kim posts pictures of tracking labels, and customers who allegedly received their orders. There have been a LOT of people who are irritated with this disloyal service and have attempted to warn others via IG and other sneaker blogs. Whenever someone posts a negative comment in regards to their service, Kim immediately erases it and will eventually block them. DO NOT ORDER FROM PERFECTKICKS.
