I bought a tankless waterheater from plumbingsupply.com in 2009 and come to find out from the manufacturer the water heater thy sold was actually a return for issues under another persons warranty and the manufacturer told me mine does not have a warranty. Now i get to pay for a waterheater that should have lastes another 11 years. Not happy
