I ordered a pair of boots from this company. It took longer to receive them than I was told to expect but that's okay. When I received them they had an overwhelming chemical smell but I assumed it would dissipate after airing out some. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size (my error not theirs) and wanted to exchange them for the correct size. I was told it would be better to just keep them and give to friends/family and order another pair. They offered a $10 discount. I declined. So in order to return or exchange them I have to pay to ship them back to China AND they will ALSO deduct $25 from my refund to cover the original FREE shipping - their website does not state you will have to reimburse them for shipping in the event of an exchange or return. So if I return them I will end up with maybe $25 of my original investment. My advice? Pay a little more and go with a reputable company.
