I had ordered a door mat with sewing machine design to place in my entry hall. The order placed the beginning of January 2020. Money has been taken from my account for the rug. At first the company sent updated message telling the order status but now nothing has arrived. A friend of my had placed an order to for a large sewing machine rug for me as a gift in November 2019 and they never received the order. They lost their money.
My question is what can I do to get my money back?
