I ordered a sweater the end of December 2019, after 5 months of not receiving it, I canceled my order and ask for refund. I received an email saying it would take 5-7 business days. It still hasn't arrived, they tell me To check with post office! Why, they have my credit card #. It has been over 3 weeks. I guess I will never see my money from them. DO NOT USE THEM
