I placed an order on a Sunday, paying $19.95 for 2-day air shipping but didn't receive the merchandise (2 pillowcases) until Friday. Customer service wouldn't refund my shipping because the company "had a holiday" on Monday and Tuesday. I finally settled for a $10.00 refund. Not good.
