On July 8,2020 I received an unsolicited offer in the mail from Willabee & Ward, an associate of Danbury Mint, offering facemasks for sale. On the offer is "Check here to charge the full amount to your credit card already on file". Why is Danbury Mint holding my credit card number, or worse yet, providing it to others without my knowledge or permission? Possibly damaging my financial security! Shane on Danbury Mint! My business will be taken elsewhere in the future, I suggest you do the same!

See attached. They have not responded to last emails nor sent me correct product. See below Would not order from them again. I noticed that ratings are poor on other complaints.

We have waited since December to have a resolution to this situation (see emails below). On January 10,2020 you indicated that the problem would be correctly shortly. Wellll, it hasn't. What is your solution. We expect the correct order for the fragrance that was ordered initially to be in our receipt (shipped and received at our residence) within the next 2 weeks.
