Over several months, D&D has been the go-to site for the over 65 crowd. It has really failed in several areas, and not just once. 1. Sizing chart: depending on the item, the fit is usually larger, and sometimes smaller, rarely on target. Exchanges should be free both ways. 2. Fabrics are slowly growing thinner. Tees stretch out after the first wearing. Scoop necks fit like boatneck. 3. Order processing is slow. 4. Refunds take lots of battling. 5. On-line orders have often denied currently offered discounts. E.g. "Labels We Love" offer in early June. Had to locate and argue with management before correction was made. 6. Shipping delays terrible - even before the current "moving the warehouse" excuse. Over a month and I still do not have my current order. D&D has just lost a good customer. I shouldn't have to work hard and chase after an order.
