Return flight booking made on April 13,2018. Received notice of an airline-initiated schedule change on May 10,2018. Flighthub updated departure flight and advised they would contact me re: return flight options for my scheduled return from BC on May 22nd. No contact received, and no assistance when I called -- bottom line, no way home. I ended up having to book my own flight home departing from Vancouver, thus incurring additional expenses totalling $500. Flighthub has not responded to my requests for a return of the monies paid for the return flight. I did not cancel, as their policy is 'no refund' on cancellations.
