Russell came to my home and looked at the work required. He told me that he would do the job on the Thursday the following week and he would arrive by 7.30am. He said he would then comeback on Friday to sand the repair. Based on this arrangement with me I then organized painters and an electrician to complete the job after his plastering was complete.
I left a message with Russell several days prior reconfirming the appointment. He didn't reply. Regardeless, since I took him at his word, I was up early this morning waiting for him to arrive. By 8.30am I rang him to ask where he was. He didn't answer his phone. I left a message. No response. This his incredibly rude and unprofessional. If you cannot do the job or decide not to, have the decency to let people know. I now have to rearrange the other tradesman until I can find a reliable plasterer to do the job. Don't waste you time with this guy. Disgraceful.
