I had an awful experience with Fanpass because I bought a ticket for the match between Liverpool and Manchester City for a specific day (Saturday 13th of January) but the day of the match was postponed in one day. I had arrived in Liverpool specially for the match and I had to come back home the next day. Fanpass didn't give me any solution and I had to miss my flight. Fanpass just told me I had to speak with the seller who wanted to pay me for the ticket less than the half of the original price. A serious company, at least, have to give warranties to respect the original conditions but Fanpass didn't help in anything.

All the premier league fixture's are subject to change due to TV rights and this beyond our will. Therefor your tickets are still valid for the postponed date and available to collect from your seller on the day of the game as per you requested.
