The invitation we made for our son's 1st birthday was sent to us within a few hours and was nicer than we could have hoped for! Can't wait to print them out. Highly recommend and we will definitely use party express again soon!

The items we ordered were great quality. The sizes on both items ran smaller than the chart suggestions. Had to return for a larger size; however, customer service was very helpful.

We have ordered from Macy's online for the past three holidays and every year we have had problems. First we received merchandise that we didn't purchase, but never got what we ordered. The next year we had to get three separate shipments before we received the item we purchased. This year two separate items were severely damaged, not from shipping because the shipping box was not damaged. This was amazing since there was a slip stating the items were inspected at the wear house. How do you miss a huge crack in a stainless steel pot? We sent several emails and never got a response. Will never order from Macy's online again. However, the sales people in store were very accommodating with returns.
