Mailed them a bag of clothes. Site was purchased by Ebay while the clothes were in transit. Emailed many times for follow up as to when/how I could get them back. No response; couldn't reach anyone there. Still don't have my clothes back, and there's no means for recourse at this point. Total scam.

Requested a "full service" kit in July, sent in my clothes a few weeks later. Received an email stating it would take 8 weeks (!) to process. Followed up 2 weeks ago for a status update... they're now telling me it will take ANOTHER 5-6 weeks to process my items. And I expect when they do, I won't receive much given the reviews on this site. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend using.
