This company is an absolute joke! They will charge you to send them clothes, reject half, sell the other half for a nice amount and by the time they take out all their fees you won't even get back what you paid them to sell. They also don't issue payouts or take care of their customers. You are better off using Facebook or a garage sale to sell your clothes.

We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your seller experience at swap.com. As we continue to improve our inbound processing our acceptance criteria has become stricter to ensure we maintain a quality selection of items that sells quickly. While we try to make a place for all sellers to be profitable we do understand that it is not for everyone. Based on your review it seems as though you sent in several items which did not meet our acceptance criteria and as such you may have incurred additional fees, for having a high reject percentage, as noted when you signed up for a swap.com account.
