Great auto & home insurance - discovered it at costco.com. We have multiple homes & autos insured with Ameriprise & are very pleased with their prompt, efficient service & reasonable rates.
This company lacks integrity, honesty & customer service. After booking international flights for my family of five in June 2014 for fixed travel dates in December2014, our itinerary has been changed six times. Appauling! Each time the change is worse & I relpy to the emails & wait for over 25 minutes on hold only to speak to a rude rep with thick accents thet cant understand what Im calling about! FRUSTRATED! Never use this website

Dont book unless you're willing to deal with chaos & poor customer service!
