Wonderful customer service!... Bought a very expensive stereo system with speakers and state of the art turntable. It has been a year later and the system works beautifully. They ship wonderfully and you can always reach someone here. They are very knowledgeable about stereo equipment. Brian the manager absolutely number one in my book. If you buy stereo equipment get the best, and this is the site to go too!

This store is fabulous!... been online for almost 12 years now, sells wonderful products like Kai, Diptyque, Molton Brown, Kate Somerville and Nest Candles. My packages came beautifully wrapped with extra sample goodies!... I see why this store was a Marcia Cross "Desperate Housewives" favorite, and why she endorsed this store/website in In Style magazine. Amazing service, and if you have any questions they get back to you immediately with a contact name, and if the store phone is busy they put their cell phone as a contact too, in case you need to reach them. Service like the old days! Absolutely wonderful!

DO NOT BUY DVDS FROM THIS SITE! THEY ARE BOOTLEGGED. PURCHASED A DVD "BETTER WITH YOU" AN ABC SITCOM, CAME FROM CHINA AND WAS RECORDED FROM A TV SET!... HAD NO MENU AND STARTED WITH THE 20TH CENTURY FOX LOGO (THIS IS A ABC STUDIOS PRODUCTION), ALSO WAS BLURRY AND NOT CLEAR. THE SHOW HAD THE ABC LOGO TO THE RIGHT OF THE SCREEN AND THE HD LOGO CAME UP WHEN THE SHOW STARTED. WAS DEFINITELY A TAPING FROM A TV SET. DVD HAD NO MENU EITHER TO SELECT EPISODES, ALSO CAME FROM CHINA! VERY UPSET, NOTIFIED WEBSITE AND THE ABC NETWORK REGARDING THIS ISSUE. THE FIRST DVD OF THE FOUR WAS SCRATCHED HEAVILY TOO AND GOT STUCK IN DVD MACHINE. --- DON'T BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE --- I AM WARNING YOU NOW!... CHARGED BACK THE CHARGE TO MY CREDIT CARD AS THIS IS FRAUDULENT MATERIALS!... SO MAD!
