I purchased Paxberry vintage bed beginning of August, a week or so I received only the bed footer & not the head board, next day I contacted Coleman regarding missing headboard, another week or so received damaged headboard then after filing a claimbthey scheduled fedex to pick it up. Sept 2nd after being on hold for about 50 minutes finally customer service informed me that FedEx are not willing to deliver and for me to pick it up, they had no explanation on why FedEx first delivery was deliverd and picked up but not this one. After 2 weeks of reaching out & being placed on hold for over an hour they send me an email approving return and refund which I never requested. Fedex is investigating.
