I invested with OnlineMarket Share mid 2020. The problem is lack of transparency &communication from support and accounts team. Withdrawing my money has been and is still a nightmare, the fees are endless and nobody provides consistent and clear details. The telephone number on website does not work and nobody replies to email.
The withdrawal options (through your bank or credit/debit card) provided on their website is untrue. The company withdrawal process is via blockchain wallet, and this is not straight forward either. For instance, I have been told I can not withdraw my money as I have to wait for bitcoin price to reach $40K which is unbelievable (this is an indirect way to say we are not letting you withdraw your money).
Their terms and conditions does not indicate such a process. The company needs my money and I need their support, therefore the business transaction needs to be clear for both of us.
At this point, my experience with the company has not met their company ethos as sited on their website which states:
'Customer Satisfaction – Round-the-clock support desk and account manager'.
'Full Flexibility – Several funds withdrawal and deposit options for clients'.
At this point I DO NOT THINK 'OnlineMarketShare' is dedicated to my success, and their experts are unavailable to hear my woes round the clock.
