I have been Subscribe for 3 months and I shared with a friend who got 3 boxes as well. Other companies give you a "Thanks" gift to subscribe someone else. Graze gives you something if you get three people so, Customer Service needs to improve.
Packaging is very well done by this company.
Flavor: I always like 6/8 snacks and the good thing is that you can rate the snacks to receive what you like. Very Good Job there!
The Miss for me is that even when you can customize how often you want to receive your orders, the option needs to be changed every month. In other words, does not remain permanent and to me that is overwhelming. If I purchase online, is because my life style is busy, eating healthy and finding good snacks is my concern but, my time frame for that is limited so, I come to graze to find it convenient. I shouldn't be signing in and out to review my frequency. That is Why I CANCELLED cause I was receiving orders every week. Thinking that is more than $50 a month in snacks and that does not fit my budget.
Now, I am still a customer buying without Subscription but, the shipping is $5 dollars with a minimum of $25. I guess they can lower the rate at least for current Subscribers.

I can certainly pass on your feedback about our friendcode, as we're always looking for new ways to reward our grazers.
In the meantime, I just wanted to confirm that it's definitely possible to set up a monthly subscription so that you'll receive snacks once a month, without needing to constantly update your order.
