Five years ago I found myself new to the greater Seattle area and in need of a new home. I took their advice and little did I know at that time that I would soon experience how obtaining financing for a home is "supposed to be". Not only did I go to Bob to help me with the financial piece of buying a new home, but I also went right back to him several years later when the interest rates dropped to the point where re-financing was a benefit for me and my wife.
