I have open issues with payments via credit card. Because of the to much traffic on Black Friday sale, the system of the shop went down, that caused large reservation on my credit card by error, that further caused issues and concerns with my payments of MyUS services provided. This was in a way complicated and the agent Mr. Louther Kamal was very helpful, managed to understand the case and finally, I am happy to be provided with excellent service by the gentleman. Bongo is trustworthy and efficient, perhaps the pricing policy should be a little less expensive. Anyway Bongo is remarkable!
