I have tried cancelling 2 times with E-harmony.ca. They refuse to give me a full refund. They responded the first time with ridiculous consumer suggestions like transferring my membership to a FAMILY MEMBER!. I want a refund... The telephone number is constantly busy and hangs up. I WANT a full refund... Why on earth am I getting US American profiles with the border closed with Canada? What does your stupid company not understand.?

Tip for consumers:
STAY AWAY FROM EHARMONY with non existance customer service and questionable business practices...I do not recommend this service to Canadian Consumers.
