I ordered 3 dresses online and when it came, I didn't even bother trying them on because there was absolutely no stretch to the material and the cutting was very weird.
Packed it all back into the box and went in store the next day hoping to get a refund. The store manager "examines" the dresses as if she was in lab and accuses me to have worn it despite all the tags were on, and said there was make- up all over, thus refuse to refund. I told her that it came as is and I couldn't even try it on because of the material.
Here comes the highlight... she said these pieces were shipped directly from the headquarters in Spain... so there's no way that there could've been make up all over it. Really? We live in Canada... to directly ship items door to door directly from Spain, she probably doesn't know how much it would cost to distribute orders that way.
Acknowledged that I was talking to someone who has no common sense, left the store that day and never shopped there since. But i applaud her for putting up a good show for the long line up behind me, she was very rude and incompetent.
