I left a negative review on a vendor I worked with. The review was disputed and I gave them all the information they were asking for. Screenshots from the order, but nothing was enough to convince them I had worked with the vendor. Then, they asked for my bank information in order to prove I worked with the vendor. I stopped the conversation there and decided it wasn't worth pursuing. Do not believe the reviews, all the negative reviews are disputed and it is almost impossible to keep them from being removed.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with this vendor. Once a review is disputed, our Review Dispute Team does need to receive specific documentation to verify a review. If a reviewer decides to provide proof of payment, we need to see that the payment was made. A screenshot of an order total may not work if it is not clear a payment was made. We can also accept a contract signed by both parties to verify a review if that is more convenient.
