Placed an order ************** with over 140 eur worth of goods only to find out the cancelled my order without my consent and without even emailing me about it! I contacted their CS only to be met with a generic response saying my refund will take a few days and to check my rewards/credit? Like what the hell? I wanted MY ORDER not a refund!
*UPDATE* Got my refund. Used my irish card to try it again as i was paying with my old aussie card before. SAME THING HAPPENED. NO notification email, not one form of contact whatsoever and they cancel my order AGAIN.
