Try don't even deserve a one star. Their inability to deliver their products on time is chronic. They will lie to your face with impunity. The only thing that is reliable about etrailer is their ability to provide excuses for their horrible customer service.
Ordering from etrailer is the equivalent of gambling with money and delivery times.
