I wish I had researched Vinesse BEFORE plunking down my $$. Terrible wine: tasted more like vinegar. No refund, only more shipments offered at more $$. CANCELLED!

Thank you for your review and I am very sorry to hear the wine selection we sent you were unsatisfactory. As a wine club provider, we do take a great deal of care and consideration into the selection process when choosing wines to feature to our wine club members. However, we also understand wine is a completely subjective experience and we want each and every one of our members to be satisfied with every bottle. For that reason, we do offer a 45-day satisfaction guarantee with our wine bottles. This means is that we will offer to replace any bottle of wine you are not satisfied with within a 45 day period of shipment delivery, at no cost to you, and include the replacement bottle(s) in your next wine club shipment. We would love the opportunity to further discuss your prior experience and offer a reasonable solution in efforts to reconsider being a wine club member.
