I bought a core v21 from amazon, it was missing a filter so I requested one from thermaltake and I was even willing to pay for a new one, but they just denied the request and haven't responded to any of my messages, steer clear of this company, I'm gonna stick with nzxt in the future
If you are looking to sell your windows keys here, I wouldn't recommend it, I had to wait 3 weeks to be verified to sell keys then they made me fill out the same exact application TWO MORE TIMES, just to be turned down for "insufficient information" when I clearly answered every box in full.
Tip for consumers:
its fine to buy here, but the customer service is S*** so use PayPal to avoid getting ripped off or paying their 20% "buyer protection:" which is essentially a glorified "honor" of getting a receipt.

Unfortunately not every person can sell software keys in our store. Before such a thing is possible we need to verify the keys thoroughly and, unfortunately, this may take some time. We apologise that yours took so long and that it has been denied in the end. Our top priority is to provide our customers with the best products we can possibly offer, that is why a verification regarding certain keys is extremely necessary. If you provide us with more information (your email registered in our store or even an order number) we will be able to review your case once more.
And regarding our Buyers Protection - this feature is optional and you can choose not to add it to your order, however it is always a good idea to purchase it as it may greatly speed up solving cases concerning issues with keys (invalids, duplicates and so on).
