Amazon has definitely long been a crown jewel of the Internet for those that have Amazon Prime. However, I am noticing that the value of that Prime membership is starting to degrade as I am finding more items that are being held back and their on-demand content for video and audio is actually disappearing. Overall, most of my support incidents have been handled rather well aside from one case of Amazon taking forever to resolve the issue since the provider of the product themselves were trying to operate a scam.

I came across crowdreviews.com rather recently when searching around for a credit card processor. Since I have started doing my own consulting on the side, I have been looking for a great way to reduce my costs. Accepting my payments through PayPal is bleeding me dry as I try to keep my price low; otherwise potential clients will just end up going elsewhere. Looking at the recommended credit card processors got me in contact with a couple of companies that were offering rather interesting rates. I did end up going with one of them and the experience has been rather solid.

Moz is rather well known in the online marketing industry. They offer a few well known tools that digital marketers rely upon and they offer a lot of interesting information. Some of the articles you can find are really thought-provoking rather than repeating things put out by Google and other SERPs. Can really help you look at things from a different perspective, though you really need to already have some of the knowledge to connect the dots.

Full disclosure: I have always been a Dell denier. Having supported a number of friends and family, it always seemed to be Dell and Acer laptops that I had to service rather than other brands. I am not sure if that's because that's what everyone purchased, or if it were only those that had severe issues. However, I have noticed most of the Dell laptops are from around the same era.

I recently purchased a refurbished E6430 off of their website and it was one of the best laptops I have ever had. I did end up contacting support to ask about something and I had a generally positive experience there as well. I can't really complain about any aspect of the transaction. It is a Linux-compatible laptop and the experience was great overall.

Groupon used to be a really big thing. While I was in college I would hear a lot of people discussing it. A lot of people claimed to save a lot of money, so I figured "why not?" It was really great around 2013. However, I just cannot really find anything interesting on there. It has really fallen off from what it had been and I just don't find much value there at this point. It's almost like most local businesses have abandoned it.
