At first they helped me when I was down and out, it was nice to have a phone, than it got stolen and I couldn't afford to get a replacement so my account went dead, ever since then I tried getting service with a compatible phone, i got no response of any kind and since the coronavirus $#*! ive been sick as a dog. I ask everyone is that anyway to treat a army veteran and someone who worked 2 jobs for 30 some years paying taxes when he needs a hand.
