Relied upon the representations that the integration team would bring all of our files and data over from Smokeball. We made it clear that this was our primary concern and relied upon the sales reps word that everything would be taken care of by the integration team. ALL LIES! 1000s of files would not be integrated over and that we would have to hire a third party vendor to do the transfer manually for each file. This process was going to cost me substantially to change over. We we tried to speak with customer service we were treated rudely. When we spoke with VP of sales we were treated rudely and when we contacted our sales rep we were ignored. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR A NEW SYSTEM AND HAVE 1000s OF FILES. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Website still not up. Emails: told that transfer would not affect emails yet it was down for two days affecting my business. Told 4 different things by four different reps. Paid for a service for someone to log onto my computer to fix the program but told that the service I paid for was not for the repairs I needed. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER SO FAR.

I made arrangements to have flowers delivered to my Aunt's funeral but learned after the funeral that they didn't fill the order. I would have made other arrangements if I knew they weren't delivering. Offered me a refund and thought I would be satisfied. The worst.

We purchased the travel insurance to protect us from loses should the trip suffer an interruption. My wife suffered an interruption that was the result of a heat wave in Paris. Expedia and the insurance assured that they would reimburse the losses but we would have to pay upfront. Paid $1800 out of pocket. Once we got home the insurance, AIG, rejected the claim and Expedia stood by the denial. This was the insurance company that we purchased at the recommendation of Expedia.
