Coinbase is a company that gave very little thought to the value of human interaction. However customers like myself have trusted them to provide a credible and reliable investment platform. It seems to me that when there is a problem and questions need to be asked there are virtually no live people at this company that a customer like myself can talk to. Over the last week I have had legitimate concerns about the amount of my account which appear to be incorrect. After going on The CoinBase website and using their interface to voice my concern the best they could do was to lock me out of my own account. When I attempted to phone them, it automatically disconnects me and directs me right back to their website and back to the online prompts that I had just been through. Coinbase has arrogantly designed their customer service as a vicious cycle. I was graced with an email indicating that they'll need 4-5 business days to rectify the situation.( this is outrageous!) It is no way to gain trust or retain any semblance of a relationship or decent reputation. Their customer service is simply the worst I have ever experienced.
