Over the last several years I've purchased numerous watches from Joma - Rolex, Omega, Breitling, as well as "affordable" watches. The quality and service has been excellent. I recently had a performance issue with a very inexpensive watch I bought from them. They responded instantly to my problem and gave me multiple options to resolve, including a refund. I'm delighted with their performance, as I have been over the past several years
