Purchased a DAYCO timing belt set $181.00 had damage on 2 of the idler's. Purchased Sept 23,2018 contacted Nov 20,2018, directed to web site stated order over 30 days old. No further interest by RA; contacted customer service Dayco warranties are processed through the store selling the part. This will make it impossible to use stated mfg warranties. Took my $900.00 order else where.

Purchased a air compressor for home use received a e-rebate 6/28/18 for $200.00 made 1 purchase, balance $163.00, went to local store 11/15/ to purchase item; told date on form 10/31/18 was a expiration date, no reference to what date is. Called customer service told date would be extended till 11/21/18 but store would haft to call to process. Returned 11/16/18 to complete purchase customer supervisor denied claim. Reason for delay in use wife sick for 3 months than passed. Order # was *******

After an additional try the problem was solved. If you receive a purchase rebate and their is a date on the form use it before the date. I am giving a nutral rating rebates should be issued like gift cards with no experation.
