So initially I got the report I paid my $1 for. I thought everything was square and they rendered a service to me for a fair, one-time price. Well, a couple of weeks later my account was billed for $18 and change. Initially, I thought I had my identity stolen as I was now made aware there would be additional monthly fees with this one-time report I paid for. After much correspondence with a couple of different people, they refunded my account and cancelled the monthly service that I did not sign up for (even though they tried to tell me I did). Thought I had severed ties with this outfit at this point, but no. For a couple of months I kept getting text messages from a few different people wanting to know if they could do anything else to help me. This didn't cost me anything, but was annoying. Finally after telling them several times to cease and desist contacting me the text messages stopped. Don't waste your time here. They do give you a report, but they will trick you into a 12 month service for $18 or whatever per month. I see this happens to alot of people... That should tell you something! If they would be up front about this, my review would be completely the opposite of what it is. Sell your 12 month service based on value and merit, not trickery!
