I got a car reservation in the time of COVID for my wife to visit her father, who is ill, via Priceline with Easisrent. Her plane was late arriving from Dallas, and the office was closed after 10 PM. She went to pick up the car the next morning, and they wanted twice the fee, saying they had canceled the reservation because she did not show up. I had called informing them of the delay, and they said no problem. Priceline needs to vet their vendors better. Ranked the worse car rental agency in the US, why would Priceline use these crooks?
